Our clients appreciate the amount of contact they have with us and the enthusiasm, friendliness and knowledge demonstrated by the whole team. If you don't know the product you are selling, the sales process will not work, so I ensure that someone in the office will visit and familiarise themselves in detail with, every house we list. We are not shy when it comes to talking to clients, speaking to them regularly on the phone and arranging review meetings, where necessary. With locally born and bred members of staff, we have between us indepth knowledge of the large area we cover ( we have sold properties from as far as Much Wenlock, Shrops to Lapley, Staffs ) and are acquainted with many of our buyers and sellers personally. We take time to listen to and understand our clients objectives and have financial advisors and surveyors on hand to help every step of the way. My recently refurbished office, now twice the size it was originally and manifesting the smart and up to date image that goes hand in hand with slick and professional marketing, occupies the best position in the village. Frontage onto both the High Street and Upper Street, allows for maximum exposure to pedestrian traffic. It is a warm and welcoming place to visit for you and your prospective buyer. I have ensured that enlarging the team and the office has not compromised the family ethos of the company and the sense of intimacy that has been appreciated by our clients since we started. A hands on approach to our duty of care to clients has always been and always will be our trademark.
Our team has also doubled in size since we started. Working from one office in Tettenhall means inter-staff communication is excellent. We are each involved with every sale and therefore, if the negotiator you usually deal with is on holiday, you do not receive a second rate service.
Horses for courses… we have designated staff to write the details, selected because of their expertise with the written word, skilled in detailing the salient points a particular property has to offer whilst capturing the imagination of the target market; and other professional and well-informed members of the team to conduct viewings. The art of negotiating is largely underestimated and our 4 personable and skillful negotiators manage to tread that fine line between tenacity and acceptance, displaying immense diplomacy and often endless patience in securing a sale.They are all very approachable and friendly and make everyone they speak to feel at ease. All my staff are excellent ambassadors for the company and well-equipped with knowledge of the properties, the market and the right amount of keen salesmanship. I like to carry out all the valuations myself but have now an experienced assistant valuer to support me and, as two heads are often better than one, this has many advantages. Again teamwork is the essence of good business and I am particularly proud of this element of the company.

I am passionate about photography and understand the importance of it. I only use professional photographers at the top of their field to provide unique and quality images that dominate my brochures and website. Our floor plans are in colour with an area measurement to ensure that buyers understand the size and layout of our properties.

We have an extensive database, linking your property to exactly the right buyers. Once instructed, a member of staff, will visit the property. We will contact our sold, cash and proceedable buyers personally as well as running through our database of over 7000 registered applicants.
The business model we use for the lettings side of the business is largely the same as the sales one. Conducted with the same professionalism and with a dedicated member of staff in charge, we have been letting properties for some 12 months now and have been so efficient in doing so that we have very few on our books at the moment.
The lettings part of the business complements the sales part very well, offering buyers and sellers alike an alternative to a chain if the situation warrant it.
